B.E.A.M. empowers young community members (typical ages 17 – 29) in a safe and creative urban space through innovative partnerships in community service, education, programming, career path guidance, and vetted local service providers with the goal of personal growth and sustainable employment opportunities.
Our amazing partnerships with The University of Maryland, Sons of Phoenix, Heart Smiles, The Grow Program, Black Mental Health Alliance, The Downtown Partnership of Baltimore and many others are committed to breaking the cycle of hopelessness. We take our convictions and turn them into positive results. Think you would be a good fit? Get in touch for more information!
B.E.A.M. is a movement that has been in the works since April 2015 through community engagement with all stakeholders. The IRS has granted B.E.A.M. its 501(c)3 Non-Profit designation in December 2019. Since then, we have been building bridges to connect wrap around resources to those who are in need. Work force readiness and job placement are central to our Entrepreneur Development Program.
Your generous tax deductible support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals to help marginalized young people.
